As soon as we ended our first call with Gabriela, we knew we would work incredibly well together. Her organisation, attention to detail, knowledge of the event industry, and aesthetic sensibility were immediately apparent to us. Every interaction reflected her kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm. On the two occasions when we flew out beforehand to look at venues and do tastings, Gabriela helped us to concretely envisage our weekend and got us more and more excited for what was to come. Because we were planning our wedding from abroad, the few times we were able to visit were crucial, and Gabriela made sure our time was productive and well-structured, so from start to finish we felt we were in good, very organised hands. Although Gabriela is based in Ibiza and our wedding was in Mallorca, she nonetheless has great knowledge of the area, has great local, professional networks, and showed us excellent venues, found and secured exclusive lodging for our big family group, and helped us host fantastic pre/post events where everyone was always deliciously fed and watered. Beyond delivering the wedding weekend of our dreams, Gabriela gave us the grace and understanding that we needed as we juggled several big life events alongside planning the wedding. She met us exactly where we were, being patient when we couldn’t respond right away, kind when we were stretched thin, and always quietly working behind the scenes to keep things moving forward. Her compassion, empathy, and professionalism meant so much to us.
 
Gabriela is truly a sensational wedding planner, one who we feel very lucky to have worked with and will always be so grateful to as we reminisce about the best weekend of our lives!

We wanted to celebrate our wedding in Ibiza and came across Gabriela. After a short meeting we decided directly for her. Her super open, friendly and sympathetic manner gave us directly the feeling to be in good hands. So everything took its course and we planned our big day together with Gabriela for 1 1/2 years! Finding the right location was the biggest problem for us, but Gabriela has been very solution-oriented and very patient. Through her large network on the island, we found the perfect location for us after a bit of searching. Gabriela really works very professionally and organized everything for us (catering, DJ, floristry, decoration, ceremony master and much more)! She has the right service providers for everything and presented us with different options, always taking into account our wishes! In addition, the communication was also always flawless! It was super pleasant for us to plan everything with her. Half a year before the wedding we flew to the island to get to know all the service providers personally, which was really great and we can only recommend! On the big day, Gabriela was on site around the clock and took care of the entire organization with the service providers. So we could sit back, relax and just enjoy the day to the fullest! Until the end she was at our side and stood with us at the end of the day.

Where do we start?! From the very first meeting we just knew that Gabriela was right for us. She had great ideas and completely understood the vibe we were going for and was a pleasure to talk to. There was no way we could have coped without her, trying to plan our wedding from the UK. She had the connections and experience to create the perfect day for us and the patience to keep us on track while we navigated wedding planning alongside our busy lives. On the day itself Gabriela coordinated the suppliers and guests like the pro that she is, creating magic for everyone (all our friends and family now love her like we do!) She even helped us organise a post-wedding bbq and pool party. Could not recommend working with Gabriela enough, perfect all the way through.

Gabriela, thank you so much for being the most fantastic wedding planner we could have ever asked for. Many people will say this about their wedding planner, so I wanted to give credible examples of how Gabriela, you really truly are the best in the business. Planning a 3-day event with 130 people flying into Ibiza from around the world isn’t easy. Gabriela was the liaison with two hotels ensuring that they knew exactly when each person was checking in. Throughout the organisation process I would get immediate email responses direct from her, not the vendors – This made everything so easy for us.

Creating anyone’s perfect wedding is no easy task, particularly when impacted by the pandemic. Gabriela had a true appreciation of the decision we faced and was entirely flexible when it came to moving our wedding. On the day we decided to push our wedding back Gabriela was on the phone to all our vendors to secure the same date the following year. Had she not acted so quickly I don’t think we would have been so lucky! Gabriela is without a doubt very well respected on the island and as a result is in a position to negotiate prices with service providers. That said, she is fair and kind to the vendors too. I felt with all providers that we met that they loved working with her too – This gave us assurance that they would try to do a great job! We cannot thank you enough.

Gabriela was sent from heaven! Without loosing anytime, she stepped in as a wedding planner and, with her organizational talent and persistence, made our most beautiful day come true. Since she speaks German, it is very pleasant for Swiss wedding couples to communicate. She is always available and replies extremely reliably to emails. She always negotiated the prices with the respective service provider in our favor and tried to resolve all issues immediately. She thinks proactively and passes on ideas or gives imputs to reconsider whether it makes sense or whether it is difficult to implement. First of all, we have to say that the search for the right wedding planner was a very personal matter for us, as we already had precise ideas. We had several phone calls and conversation to various wedding planner, but somehow the chemistry was never right. However with Gabriela it was totally different. She was the first to understand straight away what we want and how we want it. And our initial feeling was never disappointed.
 
Gabriela was a perfect partner at all times! She has a super network, has a very structured and committed approach and, thanks to her extraordinary sense of style, delivers great ideas. From our first contact Gabriella filled us with such confidence and we felt the wait of all concerns lift off our shoulders.  She heard exactly what we wanted and didn’t try to change our minds on anything, only to make suggestions to enhance our day.   Great communication, super efficient and well connected.  Our day was perfect, somewhere between a wedding and an elopement, very small, very personal full or small but lovely details.  Gabriella sorted everything for us perfectly and we had the MOST special of days with our children and closest friends.  She was calm when Fi was an hour late and discreetly altered the rest of our day to fit.  We wanted something intimate and full of love and that is what we got.  Thank you Gabriella for making all our Ibizan dreams come true.

Now that we are finally back in Switzerland (and painfully back on Earth), we would like to take the time to thank you a million times for your help, your support and your patience in the organisation of our wedding. 
 
We have no doubt that any wedding organisation is never an easy thing but we must admit that organising ours was far from easy. It goes without saying that planning and creating a 4-day event in the middle of a global pandemic requested a high level of perseverance, creativity and a touch of madness in which you’ve accepted to follow and guide us. We can never thank you enough for having believed in this event and having been able to offer us tailor-made solutions that matched perfectly our needs with unfailing professionalism and without ever losing your smile and your positive mood.
